Jonathan Hughes joined the Raymond James real estate research team in 2013 as a research associate covering homebuilders, as well as the multifamily and single-family rental REITs. He became an analyst in 2015, and focuses mainly on healthcare, industrial, and self-storage REITs. Prior to joining the equity research team in 2013, Hughes worked in Raymond James’ investment banking department with the real estate group. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in business administration, majoring in finance, and is a CFA charterholder.
